Primary Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PM module, including configuration, implementation, and support
• Expertise in preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and refurbishment processes
• Experience in setting up and managing master data, including functional locations, equipment, work centers, and task lists
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, notifications, work orders, and maintenance execution
• Experience with integration of SAP PM with MM (Material Management) for spare parts management and procurement
• Understanding of SAP PM integration with SAP FI-CO for cost tracking and internal orders
• Hands-on experience in configuring maintenance strategies, service contracts, and warranty management
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM reporting, analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Secondary Skills
• Exposure to SAP Fiori apps for Plant Maintenance processes and user experience improvements
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA innovations in Plant Maintenance
• Experience with IoT-enabled predictive maintenance solutions and Industry 4.0 concepts
• Basic understanding of ABAP debugging for troubleshooting and custom enhancements
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies for SAP project implementations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work closely with business teams and end-users
