Your Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Security Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The role involves managing access controls, mitigating compliance risks, and ensuring secure SAP environments across S/4HANA and ECC landscapes.
  • Implement, configure, and support SAP GRC Access Control (AC) modules
  • Design and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) in SAP systems
  • Perform SoD (Segregation of Duties) analysis, risk remediation, and mitigation
  • Execute and manage Access Risk Analysis (ARA) and compliance reporting
  • Handle User Access Management (provisioning, de-provisioning, emergency access)
  • Support audits and compliance reviews (internal & external)
  • Collaborate with functional, basis, and audit teams to ensure secure SAP operations
  • Provide GRC support during SAP upgrades, migrations, and S/4HANA projects

Your Profile

  • SAP GRC Process Control (PC) and Risk Management (RM)SAP Security for: Fiori / UI5, HANA, BW / BI, SuccessFactors / Ariba
  • Experience with S/4HANA conversion or migration projectsKnowledge of compliance frameworks:SOX, ITGC, GDPR (access-related controls)
  • Exposure to SAP Identity Management (IDM) or SailPoint integrationsBasic ABAP debugging for authorization issuesExperience in Agile or AMS support environments
