Your Role

  • Lead and strengthen the SAP Finance to Manage (FTM) capability across the organization.
  • Drive capability-building initiatives focused on emerging SAP technologies, innovation, and market trends.
  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the SAP FTM practice.
  • Lead client engagements, executive presentations, proof-of-concepts, and proposal responses.
  • Collaborate with CoE teams and internal stakeholders to enhance capability growth and market positioning.
  • Build and mentor future leaders within the FTM practice.
  • Manage a large-scale capability comprising professionals across multiple locations in India.
  • Work closely with Staffing, RMG, Operations, and Leadership teams to drive practice success.

 

Your Profile

  • 18+ years of experience in SAP delivery, S/4HANA transformation programs, capability development, and leadership roles.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading an SAP FTM Capability.
  • Expertise in Finance to Manage processes and SAP finance transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or conversion programs.
  • Strong exposure to niche finance skills such as cFIN, TRM, RAR, DRC, FI, and CO.
  • Thorough understanding of SAP technologies, innovation trends, and future finance transformation roadmaps.
  • Experience contributing to RFPs, client discussions, solution presentations, and POC initiatives.
  • Proven leadership in managing large teams and driving capability growth.
  • Ability to define long-term strategy and execution plans for the FTM practice.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive engagement skills.
  • Ability to coach and develop future leaders within the organization.
