Your Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead to manage and deliver end-to-end Finance and Controlling solutions within SAP. The role involves leading implementations, driving process improvements, and working closely with business stakeholders to ensure optimal financial system performance aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and support projects
  • Gather and analyze business requirements for finance and controlling processes
  • Design and configure SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules
  • Manage GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, and Internal Orders
  • Drive S/4HANA finance transformation initiatives
  • Lead workshops, blueprinting, and solution design discussions
  • Ensure integration with modules like MM, SD, PP, and HR
  • Oversee data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live support
  • Provide leadership and guidance to functional teams
  • Ensure compliance with financial standards and audit requirements
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide scalable solutions

Is typically responsible for setting the strategic direction of software development efforts, managing project portfolios, and ensuring effective execution of software engineering initiatives to meet organizational objectives. 4. Builds skills and expertise in leadership, staying abreast of industry trends, and cultivating a collaborative and high-performance culture within the software engineering team. 5. Collaborates and acts as a team player with cross-functional teams, executives, and stakeholders, fostering a positive and productive environment for successful software development initiatives.

Your Profile

  • Knowledge of SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management)
  • Experience with SAP Group Reporting / Consolidation
  • Exposure to SAP Central Finance
  • Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) / reporting tools
  • Basic understanding of ABAP debugging and enhancements
  • Experience with SAP Fiori apps for Finance
  • Exposure to SAP BTP and integrations
  • Knowledge of RPA/Automation in Finance processes
  • Familiarity with GST/VAT and regional taxation requirements
  • Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies
