Job Description

  1. The SAP FICO Leader oversees and guides financial transformation initiatives using SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, global compliance standards, and industry best practices.
  2. Is a professional in finance and technology, proficient in SAP FICO modules, strategic planning, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement, with an extensive background in financial accounting, controlling, and consulting leadership.
  3. Is typically responsible for setting the strategic direction of SAP-enabled finance processes, managing end-to-end implementations, and ensuring effective execution of SAP FICO solutions to meet organizational objectives across multiple geographies.
  4. Builds skills and expertise in SAP S/4HANA, global tax and compliance, and finance transformation, staying abreast of industry trends and cultivating a collaborative, high-performance culture within finance and technology teams.
  5. Collaborates and acts as a team player with cross-functional teams, CFO-level executives, and global stakeholders, fostering a positive and productive environment for successful SAP finance transformation initiatives.
