Your Role

  • Develop and execute SAP data archiving plans across modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.).
  • Analyze data volumes and identify archiving objects using SAP standard tools.
  • Coordinate with functional teams to validate archived data and ensure business continuity.
  • Monitor archiving jobs and troubleshoot performance or retention issues.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and audit requirements related to data lifecycle.

Your Profile

  • You bring 4–8 years of experience in SAP Data Archiving. You have a strong understanding of SAP data management and archiving processes across various modules.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ArchiveLink, SARA transaction, and archiving objects.
  • Knowledge of ILM (Information Lifecycle Management) and GDPR-compliant archiving.
  • Skilled in performance analysis and system optimization through archiving.
  • Experience in coordinating with business and BASIS teams for archiving execution.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills for audit and compliance reporting.
