SAP Cutover Manager
Your Role - SAP Cutover manager
- Lead end-to-end SAP cutover planning, execution, and governance for large-scale transformation and implementation programs.
- Develop and manage integrated cutover plans, ensuring alignment across business, IT, SAP functional, technical, and third-party teams.
- Coordinate go-live readiness activities, risk assessments, issue resolution, contingency planning, and hypercare support.
- Track cutover milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, providing regular status reporting to program leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure successful transition from project implementation to business operations with minimal disruption and adherence to project timelines
Your Profile
- 8+ years of experience in SAP program delivery, cutover management, release management, or large-scale ERP transformation projects.
- Strong expertise in SAP Cutover Strategy, Go-Live Planning, Deployment Management, and Cross-Functional Stakeholder Coordination.
- Proven experience managing complex dependencies, risk mitigation, business readiness, and command center activities during go-live.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to drive decisions in high-pressure environments.
Experience working with global teams, Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies, and enterprise-scale SAP transformation programs.
