SAP Coupa

Your Role

• Own end-to-end configuration and functional management of the Coupa S2P platform including workflows, approvals, suppliers, POs, contracts, and invoicing.
• Act as the Technical SME for Coupa, driving integrations with SAP, middleware (Azure preferred), and external systems.
• Lead Agile delivery by participating in sprint ceremonies, ensuring timely execution, testing, and release readiness.
• Manage releases, incidents (P1/P2), and change processes while maintaining system stability and minimizing business impact.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of overall experience and 2+ yrs years as a Coupa Functional Consultant with strong S2P and procurement domain knowledge.
• Strong exposure to SAP integration, middleware platforms (preferably Azure), and end-to-end program delivery.
• Experience in release management, UAT, regression testing, and handling production incidents.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and ability to work in global, matrix environments.
• Proactive mindset with focus on process improvement, standardization, and best practice adoption.
