SAP CAR Lead/ SME

Your Role:

  • Serve as the SAP CAR Lead/SME, driving solution design, implementation, and support for SAP Customer Activity Repository applications.
  • Lead business requirement workshops and configure SAP CAR modules including POS Data Transfer & Audit (POSDTA), Unified Demand Forecast (UDF), and Inventory Visibility.
  • Collaborate with Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and SAP functional teams to ensure seamless integration across the retail landscape.
  • Provide leadership in testing, issue resolution, performance optimization, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile:

  • 9 to 15+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP CAR and Retail industry processes. 
  • Hands-on experience in SAP CAR components such as POSDTA, OAA (Omnichannel Article Availability), Inventory Visibility, UDF, and integration with SAP S/4HANA or ERP.
  • Proven experience in solution architecture, data modeling, system integrations, and end-to-end retail transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience leading global implementations and support engagements.
