Your Role – Job Role:

As a SAP BRIM SOM Technical Consultant,you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Subscription Order Management (SOM) within the SAP BRIM suite.This role is highly technical requiring deep expertise in subscription lifecycle processes and integration across BRIM components.

  • Lead workshops to understand client needs and design SOM solutions.
  • Configure SOM functionalities such as product modeling, order capture, and orchestration.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Work with other BRIM modules like Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and FI-CA.
  • Integrate SOM with SAP CRM, S/4HANA, and external systems
  • Provide post-go-live support, training, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Your Profile – Skills required:

6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP and ABAP on HANA.
Integration experience: ODATA, Webservice & Bdoc developments.
CRM knowledge required, O2C process knowledge will be a plus.
Experience working in Agile environment
Extensive working experience on CRM ABAP, CRM Web UI,S/4 CRM or Fiori(UI5). Strong functional acumen and hands-on technical expertise. Strong coding and debugging skills. Experience with ODI enhancement and modification is desirable. CRM technical consultants with Hybris Billing background and knowledge of SOM API,BTMF,UBB Change Process and CRM integration to CI and CC.
Should have worked on full life cycle implementations on SOM(CRM) assignments. Sales (working knowledge of at least Provider Order, Billing Service (working knowledge of at least order fulfillment and distribution, Product Modeling, billing, provider contracts, Contract Change requests, Disputes), CRM One Order functional knowledge
CRM UI Concepts (screen configuration, layouts, business roles, and other concepts)
CRM Integration with other Billing Modules and CRM Middleware via various Integration Technologies (RFC, ALE, HCP etc..)
