Your Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Governance & Delivery
    • Own end-to-end service delivery governance for SAP AMS.
    • Act as primary interface between ATG stakeholders and AMS teams.
    • Ensure SLA compliance, performance reporting, and escalation management.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Drive governance forums, dashboards, and KPI presentations.
    • Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Portfolio & Resource Management
    • Manage enhancement portfolio, resource allocation, and demand prioritization.
  • Collaboration
    • Work with ATG CoE and SAP RISE teams for release planning and upgrades.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Optimize service quality and reduce ticket volumes.

Your Profile

  • Experience: 14-16 years in SAP AMS service delivery and governance.
  • SAP Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance & Retail modules and AMS processes.
  • Frameworks & Tools: ITIL v4, service management tools (e.g., BMC Helix), SAP CALM.
  • Governance & Reporting: SLA management, KPI dashboards, escalation handling.
  • Leadership: Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and portfolio management.
  • Certifications: ITIL v4, PMP (preferred).
