Record to Analyze Process Expert

YOUR ROLE:

Role based in BSV organization. Leveraging deepening knowledge of one or more R2A processes (record, report, analyze etc), Record to Analyze Process Experts participate of in or lead the achievement of service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective service that drive compelling business outcomes. They support the delivery of a customer focused and compliant services through the adoption of frictionless finance, practice processes, technologies, methodologies which drive innovation and process improvements. Their domain expertise means they are responsible for processing non complext to complex transactions, resolving the standard process related issues, preparation and finalization of the period and close activities and reporting (including the interactions with Client Financial Controllers) and performing the reconciliations.
 

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Hands on experience in SAP FI / CO mandatory
• Hands on experience in SQL, PBI, Python and VBA is added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to adhere to processes and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of MS -Office Suite (includes Excel, Power point etc.)
• Willingness to work as an Individual contributor / Team lead in a dynamic environment.
• Understanding of Integration of CO with other SAP modules is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of R2R processes including reconciliations & variance analysis is must.
• Able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Strong and effective communicator and ability to build and sustain productive relationships with internal and external clients.
• Proven time management skills, as the need to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines is essential.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Responsible for the Operational planning activities like forecasting, standard cost maintenance and release in SAP
• Responsible for month end closing activities as per the agreed procedures within timelines.
• Responsible for analyzing and providing reasons for variance in standard cost and transfer price.
• Responsible for full time testing of Projects for data integrity on FI to CO module from client site.
• Responsible for closing of Management reporting activities as per the global timelines.
• Responsible for Pre MEC planning, MEC execution, country and regional reviews.
• Responsible for smooth period end close and the management reporting for self and team aligned as applicable.
• Responsible for ensuring an error free process with 100% accuracy & TAT.
• Handling ad-hoc requests on a timely manner.
