Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a dynamic and experienced DevOps & AI Automation Engineer to join our digital transformation team. This role blends expertise in DevOps, Python, Go, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Hyperautomation (RPA + AI/ML + GenAI) to deliver intelligent, scalable, and resilient enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
• Develop and maintain Python/Go-based automation scripts for infrastructure and application deployment.
• Build and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Integrate RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) with AI/ML models for intelligent automation.
• Leverage LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI for document processing, data extraction, and predictive analytics.
• Monitor system performance and reliability using SRE principles and tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
• Ensure compliance with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end automation and AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Bash, or C#
• Experience with DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible
• Proficiency in cloud platforms: GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere
• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy)
• Solid understanding of SRE practices, monitoring, and incident management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, VB.NET, or JavaScript
• Knowledge of data science, predictive analytics, and deep learning
• Exposure to compliance frameworks, IT operations, and agile methodologies
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
