QA Automation Engineer - REST Assured

Your Role

  • Develop and maintain API automation test scripts using Java and REST Assured.
  • Design, execute, and validate functional, regression, and integration API test cases.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure application quality.
  • Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.
  • Identify, log, track, and verify defects throughout the software lifecycle.

 

Your Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in API Automation Testing.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Java, REST Assured, and API testing tools (Postman/Swagger).
  • Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with Jenkins, Git, Maven, and automation frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
