Job Description

Seeking a versatile and detail-oriented QA Automation & Web Systems Engineer with strong experience in test automation, web technologies, and agile project environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts, supporting web application development, and contributing to IT operations and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute automated test scripts using Appium, JavaScript, and Python.
• Perform functional, performance, and technical testing of web applications.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to support web application development, deployment, and configuration management.
• Use Atlassian Jira for agile project tracking and Git for source code versioning.
• Develop and maintain front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Write and maintain UNIX/Linux shell scripts, Perl, and Python scripts for automation and system tasks.
• Support system administration, server configuration, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Conduct data analysis and data processing to support QA and development efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in software testing, automation, and web development.
• Proficiency in:
  • Appium, Selenium, JavaScript, Python, Perl
  • HTML, CSS, Git, Jira
  • Linux/UNIX system administration and scripting
• Experience with agile project management tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of IT operations, configuration management, and infrastructure administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data science or data analytics tools.
• Familiarity with web performance testing and security testing.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and virtualized environments.
