Your Role

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using Python, Django/Flask/FastAPI, and Microservices architecture.
  • Mentor and guide development teams by conducting code reviews, enforcing best practices, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and optimize application performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Architects, DevOps, and QA teams, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Drive technical decisions, solution architecture, cloud adoption, CI/CD implementation, and production support activities.

Your Profile

  • 6+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Python and experience in a Lead role.
  • Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI, along with Microservices and API development.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage and mentor development teams.
