Your Profile

8 to 12 years of experience in Functional Testing, preferably in Airbus domain and PLM environments.Strong expertise in Airbus business processes and Product Configuration Management.Hands-on experience with Windchill PLM applications:
  • PASS
  • MDM-R
  • GRAIL
  • PDMLink CC
Strong knowledge of:
  • Windchill System Administration
  • Data Model Management
  • Type & Attribute Configuration
  • Workflow Management
  • Release Management
  • Access Control Lists (ACL)
Proven experience in:
  • Functional Testing
  • Migration Testing
  • Defect Lifecycle Management
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support
Working knowledge of SQL for:
  • Backend data validation
  • Data analysis
  • Verification of application behavior
Familiarity with engineering tools such as:
  • CATIA V5
  • CADINT
  • Windchill Gateway for MCAD (WGM)
Good understanding of:
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Waterfall methodology
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.Ability to:
  • Drive discussions with stakeholders
  • Coordinate across multiple teams
  • Lead testing activities independently
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.Proactive approach toward quality assurance and continuous improvement.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Your Role

  • Analyze business requirements and contribute to:

    • Test scope definition
    • Effort estimation
    • Workload planning

  • Design, develop, and execute end-to-end functional test scenarios for Airbus Windchill PLM applications.

  • Create, maintain, and update:

    • Test scripts
    • Test cases
    • Test data
    • Supporting test documentation

  • Identify, log, track, and manage defects through their complete lifecycle until resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and validate defect fixes.

  • Monitor test execution progress and provide regular reports on:

    • Test status
    • Quality metrics
    • Defect trends
    • Testing outcomes

  • Collaborate closely with:

    • Business users
    • Onsite teams
    • Engineering stakeholders
    • Project teams

  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

  • Independently lead testing activities for assigned modules with minimal supervision.

  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality testing deliverables.

  • Facilitate:

    • Test reviews
    • Walkthrough sessions
    • Stakeholder meetings
    • Knowledge-sharing and awareness sessions

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and assist in successful deployment of solutions.

  • Validate system functionality, business processes, and data integrity through:

    • Front-end testing
    • Back-end testing
    • SQL-based data verification

  • Verify Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) workflows and business processes across Airbus applications, including:

    • PASS
    • MDM-R
    • GRAIL
    • PDMLink CC

  • Work with engineering and business teams to ensure reliable, high-quality, and performance-driven PLM solutions.

  • Drive continuous quality improvement through proactive issue identification, risk assessment, and testing best practices.
