Job Description

Skilled Products Systems Engineer with deep expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Modelling & Simulation to support the development of complex systems in the aerospace, aviation, and defense sectors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as CATIA No Magic, Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, IBM DOORS, and MathWorks Simulink, and a strong foundation in systems design, requirements management, and simulation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute MBSE activities throughout the system development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain system architecture and behavioral models using Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, and CATIA No Magic.
• Perform system-level simulations and analysis using MathWorks Simulink to validate design and performance.
• Manage and trace system requirements using IBM DOORS, ensuring full traceability and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering design, project management, and systems integration.
• Apply computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools to support the development of aircraft systems, avionics, and propulsion technologies.
• Support project design, engineering management, and documentation aligned with industry standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems engineering processes and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering, MBSE, and modelling & simulation.
• Proficiency in:
  • CATIA No Magic, Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw
  • MathWorks Simulink
  • IBM DOORS
  • Systems modeling, simulation, and requirements management
• Strong understanding of aerospace, aviation, and aircraft systems.
• Familiarity with project requirements, engineering design, and CAE tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• INCOSE certification or equivalent in Systems Engineering.
• Experience in aeronautics, avionics, or propulsion systems.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ARP4754A, DO-178C, DO-254.
• Exposure to SysML and MBSE frameworks.
