Your role

  • Manage print services (Printer basis knowledge/ Printer installation/drivers knowledge / print server)
  • Experience in Print Queue management tools (MyQ and Printaurus)
  • Knowledge about SAP print / label print / office printer / MULTIFUNTIONAL PRINTER
  • Virtual printer / dummy printer 
  • Knowledge about ports / IP addresses / subnetting 
  • ServiceNow knowledge 

Your profile

  • 6 to 9 years experience in Printer Management
  • Hardware Life Cycle Management
  • Hardware Testing
  • Be the point of contact for external and internal  communications
  • Standard run operation
  • Knowledge of windows server
