Lead Presales Integration Solution Architect- E Grade

We are seeking a visionary Lead Presales Integration Solution Architect to spearhead enterprise-level integration strategy and presales engagements across major Indian metros.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in integration platforms, cloud-native patterns, and enterprise architecture principles. The candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, influencing C-level stakeholders and shaping complex integration roadmaps across Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP). The role also involves driving innovation through GenAI and AI-powered integration use cases.

The architect will lead solution strategy, innovation, and presales excellence across large-scale digital programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated value propositions and reusable solution assets.

Job Description - E Grade

He/She/They will bring 18+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years in integration architecture and 5+ years in presales or enterprise architecture roles. The candidate should have a strong track record of leading large-scale integration programs and contributing to sales through strategic solutioning.

Key qualifications include:

• Deep expertise in enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, TIBCO, Workato) and cloud-native services across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Proven experience in digital transformation and integration modernization initiatives.
• Strong presales background including RFP/RFI leadership, effort estimation, and proposal development.
• Executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of API design, event-driven architecture, security, and compliance.
• Familiarity with GenAI and AI/ML-driven integration use cases.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, AWS AppFlow).
• Experience with containerized (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless integration architectures.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Ability to develop accelerators, reusable components, and integration governance models.
• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and intelligent automation platforms.
