PRE SALES - Financial Risk Management (FRM)

Your Profile

• Financial Services & Risk Management Expertise
  Strong experience in financial services, consulting, or risk functions with expertise in front-office trading and risk, market risk, counterparty credit risk, Basel II/III/3.1 regulations, FRTB, CCAR, stress testing, IBOR transition, capital management, and risk governance frameworks.
• Derivatives & Regulatory Knowledge
  Deep understanding of derivatives across asset classes (Interest Rates, Credit, Equity, Commodity, and FX), including pricing, valuation, margin and collateral management, and banking regulatory requirements.
• Technology & Solution Delivery
  Experience in implementing or configuring risk management platforms, creating proofs of concept, solving complex business problems, and quickly adopting new technologies to drive execution and transformation initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management & Presentation Skills
  Excellent communication, client engagement, and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, the ability to develop executive-level presentations, articulate insights effectively, and work collaboratively across all organizational levels in customer-facing environments.

Your Role

• Pre-Sales & Client Engagement Leadership
  Lead pre-sales activities, engage with prospective clients to understand business goals, deliver compelling solution demonstrations, respond to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, and create tailored proposals, pitches, PoCs, and custom demos to support deal closure.
• Financial Risk & Regulatory Domain Expertise
  Strong experience in credit, market, and liquidity risk management, including ECL, RWA, PD, EAD, LGD, VaR, Expected Shortfall, stress testing, and regulatory compliance within the financial services industry.
• Consulting, Delivery & Stakeholder Management
  Support and lead client-facing advisory and delivery engagements, manage project risks and stakeholder communications, drive successful outcomes, and consistently deliver high-quality consulting services across global teams.
• Solution Development & Thought Leadership
  Leverage deep knowledge of financial products and technology consulting to develop consulting assets, solution accelerators, GTM offerings, capability demonstrations, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and training programs while staying aligned with evolving industry trends.
