Oracle ARCS Lead

Location: Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad

Your Role

As an Oracle ARCS Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) solutions. You will work closely with finance stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver scalable account reconciliation solutions while driving project success from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support.

In this role, you will:

Lead requirements gathering and discovery workshops with business stakeholders. Analyze requirements related to account reconciliation processes and controls. Design detailed components of Oracle ARCS solutions based on business requirements. Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams in resolving complex implementation challenges. Drive client discussions, conduct solution reviews, and obtain design sign-offs. Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure successful delivery. Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution activities. Lead production deployment activities and provide post-production support. Ensure adherence to Oracle ARCS implementation best practices and governance standards.

Your Profile

8–12 years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle ARCS implementations. Proven experience in designing and implementing Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) solutions. Strong understanding of account reconciliation processes, financial controls, and month-end close activities. Knowledge of Oracle ARCS architecture, configuration, and design principles. Experience leading client workshops, requirement discussions, solution design sessions, and implementation activities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to mentor project teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong stakeholder management capabilities. Good documentation and solution design experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline.
