Your Role

  • Experienced cloud infrastructure specialist with 4–6 years in UNIX environments and OpenStack administration.
  • Proficient in deploying and managing OpenStack services, networking, storage, and user/project configurations.
  • Skilled in Red Hat OpenShift cluster management, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Hands-on expertise in scripting (Bash/Python) for automation and monitoring tasks.
  • Well-versed in ITIL processes and incident management using BMC Remedy.
  • Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination capabilities. 

Your Profile

  • 4–6 years of experience in system administration and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong hands-on experience with OpenStack, Red Hat OpenShift, and UNIX/Linux environments.
  • Proficiency in cloud computing, container orchestration, and CI/CD integration.
  • Experience with BMC Remedy or similar ticketing tools.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident/change management.
