Onboarding Developer

Your Role

• Drive end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) module.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored ONB solutions.
• Provide post-go-live support and optimization for ONB and Recruitment modules.
• Leverage certification and hands-on experience to guide best practices in Employee Central and ONB.

Your Profile

• 3–9 years of total experience with at least 3+ years in SAP SuccessFactors ONB module.
• Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end implementation and support project for SF ONB.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes with the ability to drive client workshops.
