OTM-Consultant / Manager/ Architect

Your Role

We are looking for experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultants with strong expertise in OTM implementation, configuration, integration, and application support. You will work across the functional and technical aspects of Oracle OTM to deliver solutions aligned with transportation, logistics, and freight management requirements.

• Configure and support core Oracle OTM capabilities, including:
• Shipment Planning and Execution
• Freight Settlement
• Sourcing
• Fleet Management
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and OTM solutions.
• Contribute to solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, rollout, and production support.
• Design and support B2B integrations using standards and methods such as EDI and APIs.
• Collaborate with business, functional, technical, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end OTM solutions.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across implementation, enhancement, and support engagements.
• Manage multiple workstreams, monitor dependencies, and coordinate activities across distributed project teams.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.
• Apply Oracle GTM knowledge, where relevant, to support global trade and compliance requirements.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of overall IT experience, with relevant hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management.
• Strong functional configuration experience in core Oracle OTM modules, including shipment planning and execution, freight settlement, sourcing, or fleet management.
• Experience across Oracle OTM implementation, rollout, enhancement, development, and production support projects.
• Good understanding of transportation management, logistics, freight settlement, and related business processes.
• Knowledge of OTM solution design, system architecture, and enterprise integration landscapes.
• Experience in B2B integration using EDI, APIs, or similar integration methods.
• Ability to handle multiple workstreams, prioritize activities, and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Strong customer service, team collaboration, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) will be an added advantage.
