OSS BSS Test Engineer | 8 TO 12 Years | Bangalore

Job Description

• • Plan and execute the migration of applications from Source DC to Target DC in modern platforms.
  • Assess and document existing application architecture and dependencies.
  • Develop migration strategies, BSS/OSS Telecom Applications including data migration, application rehosting, and refactoring.
  • Ensure minimal downtime and data integrity during the migration process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition and integration.
• • Design and implement comprehensive end-to-end test plans and test cases.
  • Perform Functional, Regression, Performance, and Security testing.
  • Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to resolve issues.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Primary Skills

• • Minimum 8 years of experience in Testing, Application migration & Performance management
  • Proven experience in Application Testing &  migration projects.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end testing methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Junit, etc).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• • BSS/OSS (2G/3G/4G/5G Telecom Nodes like IMS Volte, MGW, SMSC, MTAS, CSCF, vSBG, IPWorks AUC, HLR, HSS, UDM, MNP and EIR data for SE/DK.
  • Application migration strategies and tools.
  • End-to-end testing frameworks and tools.
  • Manual / Automation testing.
  • Cloud computing and containerization.
  • SQL and database management.
  • Agile and Scrum methodologies.
