Your Role

 
  • Administer and optimize the Nexthink platform to improve digital employee experience.
  • Configure dashboards, alerts, and reports for proactive endpoint monitoring.
  • Perform incident analysis and troubleshoot endpoint performance issues.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell/Python.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with ITIL processes.

Your Profile

  • Strong hands-on experience with Nexthink platform (installation, configuration, dashboards, alerts).
  • Expertise in endpoint monitoring, incident analysis, and performance optimization.
  • Good understanding of Windows, macOS, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell/Python scripting for automation.
