Job Description

  • Experience in Cisco Routing and Switching, Cisco Wireless Network, Cisco ISE
  • Lead the operations and provide troubleshooting and analyze technical problems on all types of networking services, equipment, and devices in the environment.
  • Participates in Major Incident Management activities, identifying network performance issues and trends. (e.g., Identifies failing network components, tracing of network traffic).
  • Coordinates resolution activities with IT groups across systems and platforms. Provide detailed design and technical review of network changes, including the troubleshooting of any network related issues.
  • Monitors alarms, opens corresponding tickets, diagnoses, resolves, documents the issue, takes escalations from junior engineers and escalates as needed.
  • Provide expert-level consultation, solution design, and implementation planning to internal teams and customers. Participate in network projects, migrations, and expansions, ensuring minimal disruption and high efficiency.
