Your Role

  • Project Oversight & Communication – Ensure timely resolution of scope, quality, and resource issues; maintain clear communication with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Leadership & Team Management – Mentor team members, foster collaboration, and create a shared sense of direction.
  • Financial & Operational Control – Manage budgets, P&L, risk, and drive operational improvements through process rigor and automation.
  • Program & Change Management – Lead program planning, milestone creation, and champion business cases for transformation initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Facilitate meetings, report status, manage risks, and maintain strong C-level executive presence.

Your Profile

  • Service Delivery Expertise – Experience with multi-skilled, multi-location teams and SDM roles.
  • Financial Acumen – Budget planning, P&L management, contribution margin improvement.
  • Techno-Functional Knowledge – SAP/ERP/Oracle/custom software; Agile & Scrum methodologies; tools like MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving – Data analysis, KPI definition, strong decision-making and communication skills.
  • Transformation & Innovation – Proven track record in automation, industrialization, and driving productivity improvements.
