MuleSoft Technical lead - Integration & Delivery Focus

Your Role

  • Lead technical delivery of integration projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and assign them effectively.
  • Review code and provide hands-on support for issue resolution and solution design.
  • Drive agile ceremonies and collaborate with architects and analysts for technical feasibility.
  • Optimize resource utilization, monitor progress, and mentor team members for continuous
    improvement.

Your Profile

  • 8–10 years of experience in software development and integration projects with strong MuleSoft expertise
  • Proficiency in API design, MUnit testing, RAML specifications, and DataWeave transformations.
  • Deep understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and message-based communication protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with CloudHub deployments, performance tuning,and DevOps practices including CI/CD.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and team mentoring skills with excellent communication abilities
