Your Role

  • Administer and support middleware technologies: JBoss, IIS, IBM WAS, MQ, Apache/Tomcat.
  • Perform infrastructure performance tuning to ensure optimal throughput and availability.
  • Manage production and non-production change requests and incidents.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA targets, delivering maximum uptime and stable MW environments.
  • Plan shift activities, prepare workload distribution, and enable multiskilling across teams.
  • Strong hands-on skills in Python,Ansible or Shell Scrpting.
  • Work with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.

Your Profile

  • Experienced Middleware Administrator with strong expertise in managing and supporting enterprise‑level middleware infrastructures, including JBoss, IIS, IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), Apache/Tomcat, MQ, and cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
  • Hands‑on experience in handling incidents, change requests, deployments, and release activities, while maintaining strict adherence to SLAs, security, and compliance requirements. 
  • Proficient in configuring clustering, load balancing, SSL certificates, and executing automation through Python, Ansible, and Unix shell scripting.
