Your Role

  • Lead modernization and development of COBOL applications using Micro Focus tools.
  • Design and implement end-to-end COBOL solutions with Enterprise Developer and Server.
  • Modernize legacy systems by integrating with .NET, Java, and cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless system integration.
  • Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and deliver tailored COBOL solutions.
  • Optimize performance, manage code quality, and apply DevOps practices.
  • Mentor junior developers and enforce coding and documentation standards.

Your Profile

  • 4–12 years of experience in Micro Focus COBOL.
  • Proven expertise in COBOL development, migration, and support.
  • Strong grasp of legacy systems, batch processing, and transactions.
  • Hands-on with Enterprise Developer, Server, and Visual COBOL.
  • Skilled in client engagement, training, and project delivery.
