Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in NX CAD and ASM (Advanced Simulation Module) to support the design and development of integrated mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer-aided engineering (CAE), mechanical design, and electro-mechanical integration for complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electro-mechanical components and assemblies using Siemens NX CAD.
• Perform simulations and validations using ASM to ensure design integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration.
• Create and manage detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Apply engineering design principles and CAE tools to optimize product performance and manufacturability.
• Support design reviews, prototyping, and testing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in electro-mechanical design and CAD modeling.
• Proficiency in NX CAD and ASM (Advanced Simulation Module).
• Strong understanding of mechanical design, tolerance analysis, and material selection.
• Experience with computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools and simulation techniques.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or industrial equipment design.
• Familiarity with PLM systems and design for manufacturability (DFM).
• Knowledge of electrical harness routing and system-level integration.
