Job Description
Looking for a detail-oriented Manufacturing & Industrial Engineer to support the design, planning, and execution of complex industrial production systems. The role involves working across M-BOM creation, installation planning, and integration of electrical harnesses, interiors, structures, and subsystems in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Manufacturing Bill of Materials (M-BOM) aligned with engineering and production requirements.
- Create and optimize installation plans for various subsystems including electrical harnesses, interior components, and structural assemblies.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability and efficient industrialization.
- Support process planning, tooling requirements, and workflow optimization for assembly lines.
- Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to validate manufacturing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality protocols, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in industrial production, manufacturing planning, or engineering design.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill).
- Experience with M-BOM creation, installation sequencing, and subsystem integration.
- Strong understanding of aerospace or automotive manufacturing processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Familiarity with digital manufacturing tools, MES systems, and simulation platforms.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration across design, production, and quality teams.
