Your Role
Lead and support end-to-end implementations and operations of Manhattan Associates solutions (e.g., WMS, Active, WMS). Work from requirements gathering through deployments, integrations, and support to drive digital supply chain transformations.
Implement and configure Manhattan WMS/OMS, including system design, CRP, and functional configuration.
Conduct testing (integration, functional), create test scripts, manage go-live support, and deliver hypercare.
Design, develop, and support integrations with ERP, TMS, scanners, and labels using Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF), SQL, PL/SQL.
Troubleshoot issues, manage inventory discrepancies, error handling, and system performance.
Your Profile
Translate business requirements into functional specs and GAP analysis, and document use cases.
Mentor junior consultants and facilitate knowledge sharing and internal training.
4+ years of hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS/OMS implementations (WMOS or Active WMS).
Strong knowledge of integrations (MIF, API, scanners, ERP, TMS) and labelling systems
Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL, and middleware or scripting (XML, SOAP, Web Services).
Experience with warehouse processes: inbound/outbound, task/labor management, fulfillment, cycle counting.
