Managing Cloud Infrastructure Architect

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps/CloudOps Engineer with strong expertise in CI/CD, Release Management, Cloud Infrastructure, Automation, Linux Administration, and Production Support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AWS, GCP, DevOps toolchains, cloud provisioning, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and enterprise release management. 

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git-based repositories.
• Plan and execute application releases, deployments, and environment management activities.
• Provision, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
• Automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform and scripting technologies.
• Administer Linux servers and perform patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Manage source code repositories, branching, merging, tagging, and release processes.
• Configure and maintain artifact repositories such as JFrog Artifactory and Sonatype Nexus.
• Deploy and support applications on Tomcat, JBoss, Nginx, and web server environments.
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions using Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, and Zabbix.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, and Operations teams to ensure successful software delivery.
• Support cloud networking activities, VPN connectivity, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve deployment efficiency and operational excellence.

Managing Cloud Infrastructure Architect Design, deliver and manage complete cloud infrastructure architecture solutions. Demonstrate leadership of topics in the architect community and show a passion for technology and business acumen. Work as a stream lead at CIOorCTO level for an internal or external client. Lead Capgemini operations relating to market development andoror service delivery excellence. Are seen as a role model in their local community. Certification: preferably Capgemini Architects certification level 2 or above, relevant cloud and infrastructure certifications, IAF andoror industry certifications such as TOGAF 9 or equivalent.
