Management Consultant - Digital Finance Transformation

Your Role

• Define digital finance vision, architecture, target operating models, and roadmaps for R2R transformation, digital enablement, reporting & analytics, process optimization, and hyper-automation.
• Lead diagnostics, capability assessments, and design for digital initiatives including finance architecture, data platforms, automation factories, and GenAI copilots.
• Design future-state architectures integrating process, data, reporting & analytics, and hyper-automation tools, aligned with enterprise cloud strategies.
• Govern delivery of digital programs (R2R hyper-automation, self-service analytics, workflow orchestration), tracking benefits and adoption.
• Translate finance needs into product backlogs for reporting platforms, process optimization tools, and digital operating models with tech/data teams.
• Support business development via proposals, digital POVs, and workshops on finance architecture, TOM redesign, and hyper-automation.
• Develop accelerators (playbooks, value models, maturity frameworks) for digital finance and mentor juniors on platform-led approaches.

Your Profile

• 10-15 years in consulting/digital transformation focused on finance architecture, target operating models, R2R transformation, digital enablement, reporting & analytics, process optimization, hyper-automation; readiness for short-term local/international travel.
• Expertise in digital finance concepts: platform models, agile delivery, cloud migration, data mesh, reporting & analytics integration.
• Experience designing finance architectures/TOMs for R2R via hyper-automation (IPA/RPA) and digital enablement tools.
• GenAI/automation advisory for finance: anomaly detection in reporting, predictive process insights, hyper-automation orchestration.
• Value case building for digital initiatives in reporting & analytics, R2R, process optimization with benefit tracking.
• Future-state design skills: citizen analytics, low-code platforms, upskilling for hyper-automation adoption.
• Storytelling for complex finance architecture/digital roadmaps to CFOs/executives; Bachelor’s in business/finance/engineering/technology; digital/cloud/agile certifications preferred.
