Your Role

  • Lead and manage batch scheduling operations using Control M.
  • Provide L3 support: advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation management.
  • Administer Z Series environments for batch scheduling.
  • Maintain and update operating procedures/manuals for service delivery.
  • Adhere to ITSM best practices, KPIs, and SLRs. Report performance against SLRs.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years’ experience in batch scheduling and mainframe administration.
  • Experience with Control M and Z Series environments.
  • Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2/N3 are preffered
  • Understanding of ITSM, compliance, and documentation.
