MDM Administrator

Job Description - Grade Specific

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer IBM MDM in both on-prem and cloud environments.
• Manage and support MDM clustering, high availability.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for production support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM(MDM), including deployment, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of MDM architecture, components, clustering, and data model.
• Experience with MDM in cloud environments
• Strong Linux administration
• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
• Proven ability in root cause analysis, debugging, and resolving MDM-related issues.
• Good understanding of security, user access management, and backup/recovery procedures.
