We are looking for a talented Marketing Cloud Personalization Developer to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing personalized customer experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio). You will collaborate with marketing strategists, data analysts, and technical teams to deliver dynamic, data-driven content and campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud Personalization with other Salesforce products and third-party platforms.
- Build and optimize real-time decisioning, recommendations, and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and personalization effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for personalization initiatives.
- Document technical solutions, processes, and best practices.

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio)

- Deep understanding of configuring, deploying, and optimizing personalized experiences.
- JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Proficiency in front-end development for implementing web personalization and dynamic content.
- APIs and Integrations
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for integrating Marketing Cloud Personalization with other systems (e.g., CRM, eCommerce).
- Data Modeling and Segmentation
- Strong skills in audience segmentation, data mapping, and leveraging behavioral data for personalization.
- Tag Management and Web Analytics
- Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, or similar for tracking and optimizing user interactions.
