Job Description

  • Experience with Mac OS Updates: Proficient in managing Mac OS updates using Supervised Mode and Nudge app for update compliance and user notifications.
  • FileVault and BitLocker Encryption: Skilled in configuring and managing File Vault encryption on Mac OS and BitLocker on Windows environments using Intune/Jamf.
  • APNS and Certificate Management: Extensive knowledge of Apple Push Notification Service (APNS), user certificate deployment, and other certification management using Intune, Jamf, and WS1.
  • Mac Application Creation: Expertise in creating and managing Mac applications using AutoPkg and Jamf Composer for efficient software deployment.
  • Package Customization: Proficient in customizing packages with post-install and pre-install scripts to tailor installations to specific needs.
  • Jamf and Intune: Hands-on experience with Jamf and Intune for managing Mac OS configuration profiles, ensuring compliance, and enforcing security policies.
  • Profile and Compliance Management: In-depth knowledge of profile configurations, compliance monitoring, and remediation within Mac OS environments using Intune and Jamf.

Primary Skills

•            5+ years field experience with Apple MacOS (Mojave or Higher Versions)

•            5+ years’ experience with JAMF/Casper. Application Packaging, Deployment experience is must

•            5+ years’ experience Level 3 Support of both Mac and Windows Operating systems (including backend) from both software and hardware troubleshooting standpoint.

•            Experience in Patch management for endpoints (MacOS and Windows) using Intune/JAMF MDM solution.

•            Experience in managing user escalations and with daily client/customer interactions.
