M365 Copilot Administrator

Your Role

• Provide end-to-end operational ownership for Microsoft 365 Copilot and tenant governance, acting as the primary escalation point for complex service, compliance, and identity-related issues
• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 tenant services including Entra ID, Purview, Power Platform, and RBAC/PIM, ensuring secure and compliant access models.
• Drive governance frameworks covering data protection, information security, and workplace compliance (DP/ISA/WC), ensuring audit readiness and policy adherence.
• Implement and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to streamline operations, provisioning, and reporting processes
• Lead evergreen release management for M365 and Copilot, ensuring smooth adoption of new features with minimal service disruption.
  
  

Your Profile

• 4 to 6 years of experience managing Microsoft 365 environments with a strong focus on tenant governance and Copilot operations.
• Hands-on expertise in Entra ID, role-based access control (RBAC), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and identity lifecycle management.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Purview, compliance frameworks, and audit-ready documentation practices
• Proven experience in automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph for operational efficiency and scalability.
• Experience in governance, compliance (DP/ISA/WC), and enterprise security best practices.
  Strong background in KPI reporting and analytics using Power BI.
• Experience in license management and cost optimization within Microsoft 365 environments.
  Solid understanding of evergreen release management and change control processes.
