Your Role

• Lead and manage end-to-end Office 365 (M365) administration across enterprise environments.
• Administer and support O365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Manage identity and access using Active Directory, ADFS, and Microsoft Entra ID in hybrid setups.
• Handle L2/L3 escalations and perform advanced troubleshooting for O365, IAM, and user-related issues.
• Drive service delivery, stakeholder management, SLA adherence, and continuous service improvement
 
 

Your Profile

• 6+ years of experience Strong hands-on experience in Office 365 administration.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, Microsoft Entra ID, and hybrid identity environments
• Experience with IAM, conditional access, MFA, and directory synchronization (Entra Connect)
• Proficiency in troubleshooting using tools like Sysinternals, event logs, and system diagnostics
• Good understanding of ITIL processes, stakeholder communication, and 24×7 support environments
