Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Your Role

  • Provide 24x7 Production & Application Support
  • Manage critical incidents, RCA, and SLA adherence
  • Support Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Hive, and Big Data platforms
  • Monitor deployments, batch jobs, and data pipelines
  • Handle ServiceNow, Change, Incident & Problem Management
  • Support Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Azure environments
  • Coordinate with L3/L4 teams for issue resolution

Your Profile

  • Strong experience in Production Support/Application Support
  • Hands-on with Hadoop Ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Spark, Kafka)
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Azure
  • Experience with Splunk, ELK, Grafana, and monitoring tools
  • Proficient in Python, Shell Scripting, and Linux
  • Familiar with ServiceNow, Jira, and ITIL processes
  • Banking/Capital Markets domain experience preferred
