Your Role
As a Java Backend Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing microservices-based backend systems deployed in Kubernetes environments. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, cloud-agnostic SaaS solutions that scale to millions of users.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Deploy containerized applications in Kubernetes across multi-cloud environments
- Build APIs and services that integrate with message queues like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or NATS
- Implement caching strategies using Redis or Memcached to enhance system performance
- Design scalable systems for private, public, and hybrid cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenStack)
- Collaborate with architects and DevOps teams to ensure CI/CD, observability, and performance optimization
- Contribute to solutioning and technical discussions to align with business goals
- Stay current with backend and cloud-native technology trends
Your Profile
- 6–12 years of experience in backend development using Java
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenStack)
- Experience with message brokers and caching systems
- Exposure to authentication protocols like OAuth, OpenID, or SAML is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
