Intune & Mac Administrator

Your Role

• Intune Profile & Policy Management: Install, implement, and configure Intune profiles and compliance policies across Windows 10, Android, and iOS platforms
• Application Deployment: Package and deploy applications via Intune, including MSI technologies, and manage Windows 10 Autopilot and BitLocker encryption
• Automation & Scripting: Develop and deploy PowerShell scripts for policy creation and automation tasks
• Azure AD Administration: Manage Intune tenant and Azure AD users, groups, and password policies
• Troubleshooting & Reporting: Resolve Intune-related issues, generate reports, and utilize Endpoint Analytics for performance monitoring
• Lifecycle & Security Management: Oversee endpoint lifecycle management, security baseline policy deployment, and ensure compliance with ITIL processes

Your Profile

• 4 to 6 Years years of experience in Intune operations and Unified Endpoint Management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Android, iOS platforms.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Good understanding of Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and Azure AD Connect.
• Experience in application packaging, MSI technologies, and deployment via Intune.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
