Identity Access Management (AI & Non-Human Identity)

Your role

We're hiring for Identity Access Management specialist (AI & Non-Human Identity)skilled and motivated across Bangalore, Chennai to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years hands-on experience with Strong experince in AI/NHI and Privileged Access Governance

• Define, implement, and mature Privileged Access Governance frameworks, including standards, policies, and risk-based access control models across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Oversee the end-to-end credential lifecycle, including vaulting, rotation, approvals, secrets governance, and privileged session oversight.
• Govern and secure Non-Human Identities (NHIs) and AI-driven identities across APIs, workloads, automation pipelines, and enterprise systems.
• Establish governance standards for JIT privileged access, including eligibility, approval workflows, time-bound policies, exception handling, and remediation tracking.
• Identify and remediate risks associated with privileged access, excessive entitlements, dormant credentials, unmanaged secrets, and AI‑related access escalation.
• Define and track KPIs, KRIs, and risk register metrics, supporting audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with security, cloud, DevOps, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure consistent implementation of privileged access and credential governance controls across the enterprise.

Your profile

• Strong hands-on experience in AI/NHI governance and Privileged Access Governance (PAG).
• Proven expertise with OneVault, CyberArk, and enterprise credential vaulting platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Just‑In‑Time (JIT) access, credential vaulting, secrets management, and session monitoring.
• Demonstrated ability to govern Non-Human Identities (NHIs) including service accounts, bots, workloads, and automation identities.
• Experience with cloud IAM platforms such as AWS IAM, Azure AD/Entra ID, and GCP IAM, with working understanding of AI governance and AI-driven access risks.
