IP Validation

Your Role
As an IP Validation Engineer, you will ensure robust validation and seamless integration of high‑performance DRAM memory controllers and PHYs in complex SoC platforms. You will collaborate closely with architecture, design, and verification teams to deliver reliable, standards‑compliant memory solutions.
In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute functional test plans for DDR4/DDR5/LPDDR IP.
• Perform post‑silicon validation of memory controllers and devices.
• Analyze failures, drive root-cause analysis, and support part approvals.
• Build automation scripts (Python/Perl) to streamline validation.
• Work with internal and vendor teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Your Profile

• BS/MS in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in DRAM or memory controller validation/verification.
• Strong knowledge of DRAM architectures, JEDEC standards, and DDR protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Python scripting preferred.
• Exposure to DDR PHY calibration and post‑silicon lab validation is a plus.
