Job Title: Maximo/MAS Technical Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Maximo/MAS Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Maximo customization, MAS architecture, integration frameworks, and Java-based development.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on MAS (Maximo Application Suite) architecture and deployment, including understanding of RHOCP (Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform).
• Perform Maximo configuration activities including:
  • Database Configuration
  • Application Designer
• Develop and enhance Maximo features through customization, including:
  • Automation Scripting
  • MBO/Bean classes
  • Field-level classes
  • Custom Actions
• Develop and support RESTful web services and integrations.
• Work on Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) including User Exit and Processing classes.
• Perform Java-based Maximo customizations.
• Manage and optimize web and application server performance.
• Support infrastructure and environment management for Maximo/MAS implementations.
• Apply technical and functional knowledge to support client requirements and project delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of MAS Architecture and RHOCP concepts.
• Hands‑on experience in Maximo Configuration.
• Solid expertise in Maximo Customization (Automation Scripts, MBO/Bean classes, Field-level classes).
• Experience in Java for Maximo customizations.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and RESTful service development.
• Experience with MIF, including User Exit and Processing class development.
• Server performance tuning and application troubleshooting skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to cloud-native deployments and containers.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
