Head of Platform Engineering

Your Role

• Defining and delivering the platform engineering strategy to support growth and roadmap.
• Leading and developing the team operating infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and core services.
• Ensuring and improving the platform’s scalability, reliability, and security across all environments.
• Enhancing and simplifying developer experience through automation and standardized engineering practices.
• Collaborating and aligning with product, engineering, and operations to ensure the platform meets evolving use‑case needs.

Your Skills

• 6+ years in platform/infrastructure engineering with proven team leadership.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services (GCP certification a plus)
• Extensive experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Solid CI/CD background and familiarity with modern observability practices.
• Track record delivering secure, reliable, large‑scale platforms.
• Clear communicator with senior stakeholders, able to define and drive technical roadmaps
